Crisis and resources
Nestle is not a crisis service. This website and our voicemail are not monitored around the clock, so please do not use them for anything urgent.
If you are in crisis
Call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any time. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
If you are pregnant or have just been
For bleeding, severe pain, or any worry about you or the baby, call your OB or midwife, or go to the emergency room.
If you are a client
Dr. Oglesby returns messages during office hours. If you are worried about how you are feeling between sessions, tell her at your next session, and make a plan together for what to do.
What Nestle does not do
Dr. Oglesby does not prescribe medication or provide medical or obstetric care. We do not provide emergency care or reports for courts. If you need any of these, your doctor or the emergency room is the right place to start.
Other places to turn

- The emergency room nearest you
- 988, for a person to talk to, by call or text
